Reimbursement is given only in cases where the requested size of the shoes is NOT available.  

Otherwise, the company will not give reimbursements in cases where the correct size of the shoes is available or the item purchased is satisfactory. The return costs are always charged to the client. 

Instructions for Returns 

To request authorisation for returns, the client has to send a request to within 10 days from receipt of the order. The e-mail should specify the codes of the items to be returned and the reason for the return. 

‍The return shipment costs will be charged to the client. Returns of footwear must be sent to the La Francesca Bellavita head office within 10 days from the issuance of the written authorisation to the client by the Returns department. 

During Christmas and holiday seasons:

  • for the orders sent from 8 to 23 December, the returns must be done by 6 January;
  • from 20 December to 8 January the 24/48 hours deliveries will not be guaranteed.

Return terms and conditions 

The tag attached to the items to be returned must not be cut or torn.

The shoes must not have been worn or altered and must not show any signs of use. 

The shoes must be returned together with their original box, which is considered by all effects an integral part of the product itself and must not be in anyway damaged, altered, or used as a sole external packaging. Should clients receive defective goods or verify errors in shipments on the part of, they should follow the same aforesaid return procedure instructions. reserves the right to request photos as proofs of the conditions of goods before authorising the return of these to the company’s office. 

All the shoes returned are subjected to inspection by and have to comply with all the guidelines listed in the returns procedure. reserves the right to establish a surcharge equal to 10% of the value of the goods returned, in cases where the return is not compliant with all the terms and conditions given in our returns policy.
